Job summary

A global asset management firm is seeking a Pricing Data Analyst to manage and validate pricing data for various investment products in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will collaborate with Data Operations and technology teams to ensure accurate data and improve workflows. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics and experience in Investment Operations, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an Investment Operations role, preferably supporting the Valuation function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily valuation and validation of securities including equities and fixed income.
  • Review and challenge pricing from external vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Work with technology teams to automate pricing workflows.
  • Respond to client inquiries to support Institutional clients and Subadvised business

Job description

My Client, A Global Asset Manager is seeking to hire a Pricing Data Analyst to join their Data Operations team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role will manage and validate pricing data for a diverse range of investment products. You will partner with Data Operations, Engineering & Technology, Portfolio Managers, and other internal teams to ensure accurate pricing data throughout the Investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily valuation and validation of securities, including equities, fixed income, structured products, and derivatives
  • Review and challenge pricing from external vendors, applying fair value methodologies in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the pricing data ecosystem
  • Collaborate with technology teams to automate pricing workflows and improve data quality controls
  • Respond to client inquiries to support Institutional clients and Subadvised business
