Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to lead pricing analyses across customers, products, and brands, driving opportunities for growth and margin expansion. You will develop pricing strategies, monitor performance, and prepare reports for executives and brand leaders.

You will collaborate with finance, BI, and commercial teams, applying advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI to build models and deliver insights that inform business decisions in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, business intelligence, or related analytical functions.
• Prior pricing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analyses across customers, suppliers, products, technologies, and brands to identify opportunities for growth and margin expansion.
• Develop and refine pricing strategies, price lists, and pricing methodologies.
• Monitor pricing performance and analyze drivers behind results.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc pricing, margin, and discount reporting for brand leaders and leadership.
• Build business cases and analytical models to support pricing actions and strategic decisions.
