Job summary

Impiricus is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to own the pricing data backbone and pricing quote support for the Ascend business. You will manage the pricing platform (DealHub), ensure data integrity across CRM and finance reporting, and translate pricing strategy into scalable systems and dashboards.

You will work with high autonomy, defining standards for pricing systems, data, and deal support, while collaborating with sales and leadership on pricing strategies and tactics for enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of pricing, monetization, or related roles, ideally enterprise deal pricing and quoting.
• Hands-on ownership of a CPQ or pricing platform, configuring pricing logic, training end users, and driving adoption.
• Strong quantitative background with experience building supply-and-demand or inventory-based dynamic pricing models.
• Advanced Excel skills and CRM data hygiene experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day pricing support on individual deals, including research into prior deals to inform quoting.
• Own quote strategy and quote requests, coordinating with sales, deal desk, and leadership.
• Support structuring and defending non-standard deal terms for large deals led by Pricing Lead.
• Analyze supply and demand by therapeutic area and launch stage to set and adjust pricing; build inventory-based dynamic pricing models.
• Serve as DealHub expert; configure, train, and push changes live; track usage across sales organization.
• Execute cross-product pricing analyses and build pricing KPI dashboards; run recurring pricing performance analyses.
• Own HubSpot/CRM data cleanliness for all pricing-related fields and deal data; support finance reporting.
• Enforce pricing adherence in proposals, SOWs, and contracts; support governance workflows.
