Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the Finance team. The role blends pricing analysis (~70%) with FP&A support (~30%), delivering reliable financial input to a fast-moving sales and pricing organization.

You will develop pricing models, partner with Commercial and Actuarial teams, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects using Adaptive Insights and AI-powered analytics. Fully remote with ~5% travel, healthcare industry familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or FP&A.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
Clear, concise communicator for non-finance stakeholders.
Experience with SaaS or BPO pricing structures.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and use pricing models to forecast profitability and margin changes.
Partner with Commercial, Clinical/Operations, and Actuarial teams to present pricing analyses to leadership.
Review deal opportunities, RFP responses, and discounting frameworks with recommendations.
Analyze cost impact of process/product improvements in pricing models.
Conduct scenario modeling and provide inputs for strategic projects.
Gather data from internal systems to monitor performance and client profiles.
Assist with budget and forecast preparation for Sales/Marketing.
Utilize Workday Adaptive Planning for planning cycles and reporting.
Apply AI-powered analytics to automate tasks and improve outputs.
