Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the Finance team. You will blend pricing analysis with FP&A support, delivering reliable financial input for a fast-moving sales team and pricing leader.

You’ll collaborate with Commercial, Clinical/Operations, and Actuarial teams to build pricing models, forecast profitability, and support budgets. This fully remote role offers 5% travel and exposure to AI analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of pricing, commercial finance, or FP&A experience.
• Ability to build and maintain complex pricing models.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Strong communication of financial findings to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS or BPO pricing structures and healthcare domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and use pricing models to forecast profitability and margins.
• Partner with Commercial, Clinical/Operations, and Actuarial teams to build models.
• Review deals, RFPs, and discount frameworks with recommendations.
• Analyze cost impact of improvements and update financial models.
• Support strategic projects and provide pricing scenario modeling.
• Gather data from internal systems to monitor performance and client profiles.
• Support budget/forecast prep for Sales and Marketing; collaborate with owners.
• Use Adaptive Insights to manage planning cycles and reporting.
• Apply AI-powered analytics to automate tasks and improve output quality.
