Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of pricing, financial analysis, or related experience in professional services (law firm preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience building with generative AI tools (Claude/Harvey) and workflow automation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration across teams.
• Understanding of AFAs and pricing of legal/professional services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to develop fee proposals, budgets and AFAs.
• Provide financial modeling and analysis to support negotiations and BD.
• Draft first-pass fee estimates from precedents within practice areas.
• Support approvals by supplying data-driven insights and business cases.
• Build and monitor matter budgets; analyze variances and performance.
• Create reports/dashboards showing pricing outcomes and profitability.
• Develop AI-enabled pricing workflows and data pulls.
• Maintain pricing databases, tools, and templates.
• Improve templates, playbooks, and pricing guidelines.
• Support RFPs, client negotiations, and value-driven proposals.
