Job summary

Unisys is seeking a senior pre-sales solution architect to craft enterprise proposals and pricing for End User Managed Services in the United States. You will gather client requirements, build costed solutions, and drive winning themes across services including device management and productivity tools.

You will lead solution reviews, present workshops, and support negotiations to secure commitments while aligning with client outcomes and SLA expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology or equivalent.
• Strong English language skills are mandatory.
• 8+ years' experience in End User Managed Services/Digital Workplace Services with presales exposure.
• Experience in pre-sales solution design, proposals, and design trade-offs.
• Cost/benefit analysis and risk assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements (RFI/ RFP/RFQ) and volumetrics.
• Set solution and pricing strategy; develop effort and cost estimates.
• Develop client facing proposals including service overview, architecture and benefits.
• Lead the solution reviews and obtain approvals from key stakeholders.
• Participates in client meetings and contract negotiations; develop SoW.
