Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect for End User Computing. The role focuses on enabling account teams, gathering client requirements, and developing statements of work, BOMs, and presentations while coordinating with vendors and clients.

You will lead technical demonstrations, assist with POC efforts, and provide ongoing guidance to delivery teams. Remote US-based travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of delivery and architecture experience with Citrix and the EUC ecosystem.
• 5+ years with one or more EUC architectures including virtual apps/desktops such as Horizon, AVD, Citrix Cloud, Azure and/or AWS Workspaces.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to customers and responding to RFPs/RFQs.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer and internal meetings; present to staff from Helpdesk to C-Level.
• Collect business and technical requirements for projects.
• Drive whiteboard discussions and develop technical proposals.
• Deliver product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept efforts.
• Create BOMs and assist with pre/post-sales activities.
• Guide Consulting Engineer teams in project delivery and customer success.
