Acumatica is seeking a Senior Manager, Presales Engineering to lead and mentor a team of senior pre‑sales engineers, guiding ERP solutions for SMB opportunities. The role blends hands‑on technical selling with scalable process development across partners and internal teams.

You will drive solution discovery, integrate core Acumatica software with AI and ISV solutions, and ensure wins through strategic demonstrations and proposals.

Qualifications

• SMB technical selling at scale in lower mid‑market segments.
• ERP solution building with hands‑on experience.
• 5+ years managing presales engineers.
• Talent development to elevates team performance.
• Understanding of lower mid‑sized business operations.
• Strong analytical thinking to diagnose customer needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business; MBA/CPA a plus.
• Channel experience is a plus.
• Technical background is a plus; travel 10–20%.
