TwentyAI is seeking an experienced Acumatica Practice Leader to drive the growth and delivery of our ERP consulting practice. You will oversee strategy, client relationships, and a high-performing team, ensuring successful ERP implementations and profitability.

The role is fully remote within the U.S., requiring availability during Pacific Time business hours, with a strong emphasis on leadership, mentoring, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Acumatica ERP consulting or implementation experience.
• Experience leading ERP consulting teams or professional services organizations.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the Acumatica practice.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of consultants, project managers, and technical professionals.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and client-focused team culture.
• Oversee ERP implementations to ensure successful delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for complex client engagements.
• Provide guidance on Acumatica best practices, solution design, and implementation methodology.
• Partner with Sales on solution design, project scoping, estimates, and client presentations.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of consulting team members.
• Monitor practice performance, including utilization, project health, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and expand client relationships.
