Capax RM is seeking a Senior Acumatica Project Manager to lead full lifecycle ERP implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients across the United States. You will manage a portfolio of 5-8 concurrent projects, drive scope, governance, and profitability, and collaborate with senior consultants and client executives.

The role emphasizes delivery quality, client management, and operational improvements, with remote flexibility and a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ ERP implementations experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent ERP projects.
• Commercial awareness around scope, profitability and forecasting.
• Strong communication with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders and fast-moving teams.
• Established ERP consultancy with national presence.
• Recognised Partner of the Year across Acumatica & Sage.
• Strong enterprise project pipeline.
• Remote flexibility and commitment to training.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Acumatica ERP implementations as a PM.
• Manage a portfolio of 5-8 concurrent projects.
• Drive scope management, delivery governance and profitability.
• Partner with consultants and client stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Monitor burn rates, forecasting, margins and resource allocation.
• Identify delivery risks early and build mitigation plans.
• Create executive reporting using Monday.com and Smartsheet.
• Run retrospectives and improve PM delivery standards.
