Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Presales Engineer to architect and lead high-impact LMR infrastructure projects. You will own the technical journey from scope to sale, guiding a cross-functional team of sales, service and engineering to deliver robust, future-ready designs that meet mission-critical needs.

You’ll collaborate with executives and field teams to ensure proposals align with customer requirements, manage complex RFPs, and drive technical excellence across the solution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of sales, sales engineering or public safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications fundamentals and voice/data architectures.
• Knowledge of IP networking, security and RF coverage predictions is desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills for technical audiences.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience presenting complex topics to executives and technical teams.
