Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring for a Senior Presales Manager within the North America Presale team. You will lead presales across software and ECH, align with Sales, Product, and Strategy, and own proposals, SOWs, and configurations while driving change and efficiency.

You will manage cross-functional teams, optimize resource allocation, read P&Ls, and ensure CJIS security requirements are met as part of a complex public safety product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in sales, sales engineering, project management, customer success, military, and/or public safety.
• OR 8+ years of experience in sales, sales engineering, project management, customer success, military, and/or public safety.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage presales teams supporting the software and ECH sales teams.
• Drive and facilitate organizational change across internal presales teams and partner organizations.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Management, Product, Post Sales, and Offer/Strategy teams for presale strategy and proposals.
• Oversee end-to-end presale quoting, proposals, SOWs, and system configuration.
• Develop and implement standards for RFPs, configurations, and complex proposals.
• Coordinate high-priority presale activities with leadership and teams.
• Establish KPIs, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Assist in go-to-market plans and opportunities in public safety.
