Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a in-office client sales specialist in Atlanta, GA, to meet with prospects and clients, assess their financial needs, and recommend Truist products and services. The role requires 5 days in the office with rotating Saturdays, and entails proactive outbound outreach, consultative conversations, and collaboration with internal partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects and clients virtually (phone, chat/messaging, or video) to assess client needs and make recommendations
• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions
• Supports the Virtual Solutions Delivery Team sales process by conducting consultative conversations
• Supports ongoing financial education of teammates on Truist offerings
• Remains available according to workforce managed schedule to deliver an exceptional client experience for inbound calls
• Contacts targeted clients proactively and sets up appointments for financial reviews
• Meets individual performance goals of revenue/profit growth
• Participates in Virtual Solutions Delivery C.A.R.E.S Routines
• Attends training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
• Adheres to schedule and internal controls to ensure compliance
