Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Small Business Banker to work in-office with the Retail Community Bank in Atlanta. You will manage and grow relationships with small business clients, including sole proprietors and non-profits, offering a full range of financial products and services to support deposits, loans, payroll, treasury, and more.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree is required.
• 5–10 years of sales and client relationship management experience in banking/financial products with Small Business clients.
• Strong knowledge of how a business operates and the full set of financial solutions needed by Small Business clients.
• Proven ability to conduct business via telephone, build rapport, assess client needs and present financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients via telephone to assess needs and propose financial solutions.
• Manage and resolve complex servicing issues with Truist resources.
• Proactively contact targeted clients to discuss Truist impact and set appointments.
• Facilitate credit requests within Retail Community Bank thresholds and refer larger opportunities.
• Meet quarterly revenue/profit growth and service goals.
