Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Premier Client Manager for Tiers 2 and 3 (HNW & Affluent). The role focuses on proactive renewal marketing, client inquiries, and annual client reviews with risk assessment of current and future exposures.

You will uphold service standards aligned with USI Core Values and Best Practices. Responsibilities include retention, underwriting collaboration, proposals, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance with broad coverage knowledge.
• State Property & Casualty license required.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU, CPRIA preferred or pursuing.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement.
• Provide technical expertise on insurance coverage and risk, and advise on exposures.
• Maintain renewal expirations to prevent lapses in coverage.
• Make insurance program recommendations based on client needs.
• Respond to underwriters’ questions promptly and professionally.
• Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance as needed.
• Ensure accuracy in agency management and document systems.
• Guide clients on submitting first reports of claims and facilitate carrier responses.
• Identify loss exposures and recommend appropriate coverage.
