Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time relevant industry experience.
• 1+ year experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software.
• Geometry proficiency in measures of length, area and volume calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent with minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams to improve planning information, visualization, and communication.
• Develop digital workflow solutions and interactive, client-facing dashboards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance preconstruction services and efficiency.
