Skanska is seeking a Senior Director, Preconstruction to lead estimates, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies from concept through contract execution. The role drives preconstruction excellence, mentors teams, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients and partners.

Qualifications

17+ years of construction industry experience.
15+ years of commercial estimating experience.
Proven leadership experience managing preconstruction teams and complex portfolios.
Expertise in value engineering, conceptual and detailed estimating, procurement, risk management, and client engagement.
Experience with estimating software, BIM, and preconstruction technologies.
Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Oversee project estimates, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies from concept to contract execution.
Lead and mentor preconstruction teams; serve as trusted advisor to clients and design partners.
