The Senior Director, Preconstruction is responsible for managing project estimates, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, risk management, and client deliverables from concept through contract execution. The Senior Director will provide leadership to preconstruction teams, mentor and develop staff, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, design partners, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in commercial construction estimating, value management, project planning, and market analysis, along with strong client-facing and business development skills. This leader will drive estimating excellence, ensure the quality and accuracy of preconstruction deliverables, develop innovative cost‑saving solutions, and support strategic growth initiatives while managing multiple projects and teams.
