The Preconstruction Technology Engineer works directly with estimating and preconstruction teams to improve how construction planning information is developed, analyzed, visualized, and communicated. This role combines expertise in construction estimating, data visualization, digital tools, and emerging AI technologies to create innovative solutions that improve estimating efficiency and enhance client-facing deliverables. The individual will work hands-on with estimating teams in preparing project estimates while also identifying workflow improvement opportunities, developing digital workflow solutions, creating interactive, client facing project dashboards, improving estimate presentation materials and methods, and evaluating emerging technologies that enhance preconstruction services.
