The Senior Preconstruction Engineer works with and supports the Preconstruction leaders in development of quantity take-off, cost estimates, lump sum bidding, and other preconstruction services to ensure Skanska is completing our services accurately, timely and cost effectively. This position will work on Healthcare, Higher Ed, Aviation, Adaptive Reuse, and seismic retrofit projects. The position works under direct supervision, performs daily estimating and planning activities and disseminates information applicable to the planning efforts. The Senior Preconstruction Engineer must be able to meet critical deadlines, accurately obtain quantities for building components, proactively communicate and build relationships with subcontractors, and have the ability to work as part of a team.

Salary Low: USD $105,250.00/Yr.
Salary High: USD $140,000.00/Yr.
