The role emphasizes senior-level document review, constructability analysis, and value engineering using industry-standard tools. A strong leadership presence and collaboration with project stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Leads and supervises the Senior Preconstruction Managers and indirect team members.
• Provides senior-level review and guidance for constructability, pricing, scheduling and risk avoidance.
• Shows working knowledge or willingness to learn preconstruction software tools such as Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Revit, Procore and others.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Preconstruction Managers with high level decisions and risk mitigation.
• Provide strategic planning across all aspects of preconstruction and assist with go/no-go decisions.
• Manage the effectiveness and accuracy of the preconstruction department through Senior Preconstruction Managers.
