• Produces project estimates, value management, constructability reviews, and related docs within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to our robust Preconstruction team by winning bids and increasing profitability.
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff, clients, subcontractors, and business partners.
• Participate in quantity takeoff processes and perform conceptual takeoffs.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
• Identify labor, material, and time requirements to create Project Information documents and assign scopes.
