Reeves Young LLC in Nashville, TN, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our expanding construction team. You will create, update and maintain project controls, track RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, quality, safety, and close-out activities to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

You will manage material tracking logs, ensure buyout and schedules align with office and field needs, and help train junior engineers while coordinating with clients, designers, inspectors,

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining project controls logs.
• Ability to coordinate RFI, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Understanding of contract terms and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to train and develop project engineers.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain project controls tracking RFI, submittals, shop drawings, quality, safety and close-out.
• Manage the material tracking log to ensure buyout, submittals and samples are awarded and available.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with contract terms and legal requirements.
