Job summary

You will influence investment decisions, align cross-functional teams, and drive successful transitions from development to execution while delivering sustainable energy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Significant professional experience in renewable energy project development, preconstruction, estimating, engineering, procurement, construction, or project management.
• Understanding of utility-scale project lifecycle, including feasibility, permitting, interconnection, procurement, and construction.
• Experience supporting EPC solicitations, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, cost reviews, and risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage systems.
• Ability to develop and interpret project schedules, cost estimates, bid comparisons, risk registers, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction engagement for assigned projects and align scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, and execution strategy.
• Assess maturity across permitting, entitlements, site control, interconnection, design, procurement, logistics, and constructability.
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans with cross-functional partners, and communicate impacts clearly.
• Provide executive-ready tracking and reporting on milestones, priorities, workload, and dependencies.
• Support M&A due diligence, opportunity assessments, and red-flag memoranda for potential projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices.
