Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Significant experience in renewable energy project development, preconstruction, estimating, or construction.
• Understanding of the utility-scale project lifecycle, including permitting, interconnection and procurement.
• Experience supporting EPC solicitations, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
• Knowledge of solar PV and battery energy storage systems; ability to interpret schedules and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction engagement, align scope, schedule, deliverables, risks and execution strategy.
• Assess project maturity across permitting, entitlements, site control, interconnection, and constructability.
• Identify risks/opportunities, develop mitigation plans with cross-functional partners, communicate impacts clearly.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on milestones, priorities, workload and dependencies.
• Support M&A due diligence, opportunity assessments and red-flag memoranda for potential projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance project performance and scalability.
