Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in renewable energy project development, preconstruction, estimating, engineering, procurement, construction, or project management.
• Understanding of utility-scale project lifecycle including feasibility, permitting, interconnection, procurement, EPC contracting, and construction execution.
• Experience supporting EPC solicitations, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, cost reviews, and risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage systems.
• Ability to develop and interpret schedules, cost estimates, bid comparisons, risk registers, and executive reporting.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction engagement and align scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, and execution strategy.
• Assess project maturity across permitting, entitlements, interconnection, design, procurement, logistics, and constructability.
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies with cross-functional partners, and communicate impacts clearly.
• Provide executive-ready tracking and reporting on milestones, priorities, workload, and dependencies.
• Support EPC-related due diligence, opportunity assessments, and red-flag memoranda.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for enhanced project performance and scalability.
