Job summary

Turner Construction Company, SourceBlue division, is seeking an experienced security leader to manage on-site security operations for major construction projects. You will develop and enforce security procedures, coordinate with project teams on scope, logistics, safety, and constructability, and guide a team to protect personnel and assets.

The role requires collaboration with operations, budgeting, and performance feedback, with 10–20% travel and a strong emphasis on GMP/Lump Sum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; minimum 10 years of Building Construction experience.
• Extensive knowledge of regional market, competition, and industry trends.
• Advanced project management skills; able to advance projects in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations and team; develop and implement security procedures to protect people and assets.
• Coordinate with operations on schedule, logistics, safety, and constructability reviews; lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, monitor costs, and prepare variance messages for project stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements using Lean, VDC/IPD, and other methods; support Launch Matrix activities.
• Mentor staff, participate in hiring, and deliver timely performance feedback.
