Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced leader to manage and oversee on-site security operations for critical facilities—data center projects in the USA. You will lead the security team and drive preconstruction deliverables, budgets, and GMP considerations to protect personnel and assets.

You will collaborate with operations, designers, and vendors to optimize schedules, costs, and constructability, while advancing VDC/IPD-based improvements and performance feedback for staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive building construction experience (12+ years)
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, costs, scheduling, and procurement
• Proven leadership and ability to develop and mentor teams
• Excellent negotiation and executive presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations and team for data center projects
• Lead preconstruction deliverables, budgets, GMP/lump-sum considerations
• Coordinate with operations, design partners, and vendors to drive preconstruction success
• Develop and implement security procedures to protect people, assets, and project integrity
• Drive process improvements using VDC/IPD and other workflows
• Prepare and present variance analyses and maintain clear communications with stakeholders
