Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering principles, and accounting principles.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations and implement security procedures.
• Lead preconstruction phases of multiple projects and manage Preconstruction teams.
• Collaborate with Operations to develop Project Schedule and Quality Control plan.
