Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior leader to manage and oversee on-site security operations for a multi-market Advanced Technology Group, covering Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables sectors.

The role emphasizes GMP/lump-sum bids, preconstruction budgeting, and strong collaboration with Operations, Procurement, and design teams to drive value and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and minimum of 10 years of Building Construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations and team; develop security procedures for protecting company, executives, employees, visitors and assets.
• Lead preconstruction activities including GMP and Lump Sum bids; coordinate with Operations on schedule, logistics, safety, constructability reviews, and general requirements.
• Develop and review assumptions/clarifications; prepare and present variance analyses to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain client, architect, design community, and trade partner relationships to support future business development.
