Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced on-site security operations leader to manage a security team, develop procedures, and protect people and assets on project sites. The role collaborates with Operations on schedule, logistics, safety, and constructability reviews.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management and a minimum of 10 years in building construction, with strong budgeting, QA/QC, and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; minimum of 10 years of Building Construction experience required.
• Experience with various building construction types is desired.
• Thorough understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts, materials, methods, and cost control.
• Ability to develop client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and secure work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee on-site security operations and team.
• Develop and implement security procedures to protect people and assets.
• Collaborate with Operations on schedule, logistics, safety, and constructability reviews.
• Lead preconstruction activities including GMP and lump-sum bids; prepare budget and variance analyses.
