QTS Data Centers is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to coordinate all pre-construction activities from early development through to site readiness. You will manage cost estimation, schedules, budgets, and contractor engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget project readiness and alignment with QTS standards.

Qualificações

• Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in the development of Mission Critical Facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define Scope & Deliverables for preconstruction projects.
• Develop and manage preconstruction schedules.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Coordinate early-stage permits and regulatory planning.
• Collaborate with estimators to develop cost estimates.
• Monitor budgets and flag overruns or savings opportunities.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with stakeholders.
• Support subcontractor engagement and bid reviews.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability considerations.
