Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to act as the senior owner’s representative during the preconstruction phase for fulfillment facilities across NA. You will autonomously manage cross-functional preconstruction programs, from site selection and validation to design management, permitting, and contract execution.

You will lead budgets, procurement, and vendor partnerships, coordinating with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Finance, and Construction, while guiding

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in construction or development.
• Experience with industrial/pre-construction, permitting, and vendor management.
• Willingness to travel ~60% and relocate as needed.

• Autonomously manage complex cross-functional industrial pre-construction projects from site selection through design completion, permitting, and contract execution.
• Oversee design management end-to-end, including evaluations, conformance reviews, and value engineering.
