Job summary

Amazon Prime Air is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to act as the senior owner's representative during the pre-construction phase. You will source Architects of Record, coordinate design completion, permitting, and contract execution for assigned locations, and manage budgets and procurement.

You will partner with stakeholders to define scope, budget, and schedule, drive regulatory approvals, mentor other managers, and travel regionally up to 20% annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in program or project management.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery and reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design completion, permitting, and contract execution across locations.
• Own project budgets and manage spend approvals across preconstruction projects.
• Lead external partner selection, contract negotiations, and procurement.
• Drive regulatory permitting with AHJ and maintain schedule milestones.
• Represent Amazon in AOC meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
