Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager for the Global Engineering Services NA Design & Construction team.

You will serve as the senior owner’s representative during preconstruction, autonomously guiding complex industrial projects—from site validation to permit approvals and contract execution—for fulfillment centers, sortation centers, and delivery stations across the region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of project management experience in design/construction.
• Experience with complex industrial pre-construction projects from site selection to contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage cross-functional pre-construction projects from site selection through design completion and contract execution.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Finance, and Construction teams and external partners.
• Oversee design management end-to-end, budgeting, and procurement; manage risk and schedule.
