Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Pre-Construction Manager for Prime Air Expansion to lead the pre-construction phase, sourcing Architects of Record, coordinating design, permitting, and contract execution for assigned locations. You will own budgets, manage design, and drive procurement while mentoring other managers.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, budget, and schedule, and push for timely permits and approvals. Regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsabilités

• Work with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Entitlements, Construction, Finance, Launch/Startup, architects, engineers, permitting agencies, developers, and landlords to secure resources and drive delivery.
• Lead coordination with AHJ to ensure regulatory compliance, permits, and approvals.
• Own project budgets and oversee spend approvals across all assigned preconstruction projects.
• Lead external partner selection, contract negotiations, and project procurement functions.
• Communicate budgets, schedules, project status, and priorities clearly to internal teams and external partners.
• Run preconstruction meetings effectively to drive detailed discussions and alignment.
• Utilize Amazon's information systems to record and update schedule, budget, and other developments.
