The Senior Estimator leads and participates in the preparation of estimates for construction projects, performing constructability analysis, compiling bid packages, developing value analyses, and preparing detailed cost estimates. They analyze site conditions, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and manage scope to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete quantity take-offs, analysis, estimates, and studies for all items in the scope.
• Conduct constructability analyses and compile bid packages.
• Develop value analyses for cost efficiency.
• Estimate overall project costs and analyze site conditions and contract documents.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and manage scope risks.
• Improve estimating processes for cost efficiencies.
