This Preconstruction Manager will lead the charge on finding new project opportunities and securing preconstruction presentations to ensure a healthy pipeline of future work for this commercial General Contractor. The Preconstruction Manager will oversee all precon estimate activities, hire, train, delegate, and coach department actions to support the leadership & project management team in succeeding with upcoming projects.

The Senior Estimator leads and participates in the preparation of estimates for construction projects, performs constructability analysis, compiles bid packages, develops value analyses, prepares detailed estimates, analyzes site conditions and contract documents, evaluates subcontractor proposals, manages scope coverage and risks, and creates cost efficiencies.
