Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, engineering, or related construction role required.
• Certifications and Licenses: None required.

Aufgaben

• Develops detailed analyses of drawings, specifications, models, and design iterations to evaluate scope alignment and identify inconsistencies.
• Develops quantity assessments, cost studies, and benchmarking analyses incorporating design progression and risk factors.
• Coordinates trade partner engagement by evaluating proposals, assessing scope completeness and constructability issues, and communicating recommendations.
• Supports constructability reviews and assists in logistics planning, sequencing evaluations and system-level assessments for design optimization and feasibility.
• Develops sections of conceptual, schematic, and detailed budgets and contributes to pricing narratives and assumptions.
• Prepares preconstruction deliverables such as presentations, reports, and risk assessments for project teams and clients.
• Provides direction and mentorship to other preconstruction team members.
