DPR Construction is seeking a qualified professional to support project teams and drive successful delivery across construction initiatives in the Seattle area.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary work, manage onboarding and training of junior roles, monitor progress and risks, and help ensure safety and quality across activities. This role emphasizes collaboration, process discipline, and cost control to meet project goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the management and development of project teams, onboarding and training coordination for assigned roles while staffing and project needs support this.
• Coordinates day-to-day project activities by tracking progress and escalating issues to management as needed, with regular field presence and safety meetings.
• Assists with procurement of project-related materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with work sequences.
• Communicates project updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders, applying foundational knowledge in project management.
• Applies and reinforces established quality control measures and safety protocols, maintaining accountability for site safety plans.
• Monitors project performance, identifies routine issues, and recommends corrective actions.
• Maintains accurate project documentation for compliance, reporting, and future reference.
