DPR Construction in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead a team of preconstruction professionals and deliver accurate estimates, budgets and schedules. This role emphasizes collaboration across design, engineering, procurement and field operations to drive constructability reviews and value engineering.

You will guide risk assessment, manage bid packages, and help build strong client relationships while upholding DPR's standards of quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, project management.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of preconstruction professionals.
• Directs preparation and validation of project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinates with design, engineering and procurement for constructability reviews and VE.
• Oversees development and issuance of bid packages.
• Identifies and mitigates complex project risks during preconstruction and leads client meetings.
• Supports negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
