Job summary

DPR Construction in Seattle seeks a Senior Project Manager who will provide full project leadership, manage a diverse team of engineers and assistants, and ensure delivery of complex construction projects on time and on budget.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee procurement, manage risk and contract administration, and uphold safety standards through quality programs; you will report to stakeholders and drive performance, with a focus on growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project professionals to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, coordinating teams, monitoring progress, and addressing complex issues.
• Approves procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors per project needs.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced PM practices.
• Evaluates project performance and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews project documentation for compliance and future reference.
• Partners with the Superintendent to implement quality and safety programs and manage risk.
