Job summary

DPR Construction in Seattle, WA is seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator to support construction project teams and help deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes. You will coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams, assist with budgets, schedules, and contract administration, and help maintain project quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of construction engineering or project engineering experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
5 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.
OSHA 30 program completion preferred, within 6 months of hire if selected.

Responsibilities

Supports management and development of project teams, onboarding and training coordination for project engineers and field office staff.
Coordinates day-to-day project activities, tracks progress, and escalates issues as needed.
Assists with procurement of project materials and coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.
Maintains safety protocols and quality control measures across projects.
Maintains accurate project documentation for compliance and reporting.
