Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Preconstruction leader to manage and grow a high-performing team, driving accurate estimating, value engineering, and risk assessment across projects.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and bid packages, ensuring quality and alignment with client goals while coordinating with design, engineering, procurement, and safety teams. Strong communication with clients and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, project management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of preconstruction individuals.
• Directs the preparation and validation of project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinates with design, engineering, and procurement teams for constructability reviews and VE integration.
• Oversees the development and issuance of bid packages.
• Guides identification, assessment, and mitigation of complex project risks during preconstruction.
• Supports negotiation of contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
