Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead plant QC programs and prepare facilities for PCI audits across multiple sites. You will resolve prestressed structural issues with the engineer of record and oversee Level I and II inspectors to sustain quality across projects.

Expect to work with PCI MNL-116/117 and DOT specifications, audit supplier plants, and mentor teams. Travel to plants is required as part of inspections and certification activities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC, including supervision.
• Certification: PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve prestressed structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; qualify precast suppliers.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
