Constructon Material Testing is seeking a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead plant QC programs and audits. You will ensure PCI/DOT compliance, guide Level I/II inspectors, and act as the senior technical authority for prestressed products across multiple plants.

The role involves coordinating audits, resolving structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record, and traveling to supplier plants to verify certification.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current, with 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast specifications.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals; lead corrective actions.
• Resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record; audit supplier plants.
