Job summary

The position requires 6+ years of precast QC experience, current PCI Level III certification, and travel to supplier plants and project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of precast and prestressed QC experience including supervision.
• Current PCI QC Certification Level III required.
• Strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT precast specs.
• Experience preparing plants for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI and DOT requirements.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies and qualify precast suppliers.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
