Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Experience with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast specs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals in line with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with engineers of record.
• Audit supplier plants on behalf of owners and agencies and qualify precast suppliers.
