Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead plant QC programs and audits, ensuring PCI and DOT compliance. You will mentor Level I/II inspectors, interact with engineers of record, and drive certification readiness across multiple plants.

The role requires PCI Level III certification, 6+ years of precast QC experience, and strong communication with plant managers and inspectors. Travel and per diem are involved.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III (current).
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Familiarity with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI/DOT requirements.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; supervise Level I and II inspectors.
